Having confidence as a man is very important.
Feeling “sure” of yourself and capabilities will propel you in your career, business, personal and romantic relationships and propel you higher as a man and overall human being.
The men that have high levels of self-confidence are usually the leaders, doers, movers and shakers in this world.
On the flip side, the men with low levels of self confidence are the ones that are passive and let’s life pass them by.
In simple terms, these guys are losers.
And I know for certain that’s not what you want to be.
I know for myself that when I increased my levels of confidence, my life changed for the better.
Dating, health, mindset and other areas of my life improved dramatically.
The feeling of exuding total confidence is almost euphoric.
So without anymore talking, let me share with you some tips on how to be a more confident man.
Start Taking Better Care of Yourself
It’s time to start grooming yourself, eating healthier, working out, and improving your hygiene if you want to raise your confidence levels.
Doing all of these activities will help you look better, be healthier, and increase your self esteem.
When you start looking better and feeling better, you will have more confidence to approach the woman of your dreams, go after a promotion at your job, and feel more comfortable in social situations with people.
Get Rid of Negative Thoughts
Negative thoughts are ruining your progress in life and destroying your confidence.
You must do everything in your power to eliminate these negative thoughts and put yourself in a better state of mind.
Once you do that, your confidence will increase.
One way to help you get rid of negative thoughts is to meditate.
The way I meditate is to put on meditation music which you find on YouTube, put on a pair of earphones, go into a dark room and let the music cleanse my mind.
It really does work and I suggest you try this method of meditating.

Start Dressing Well
If you are an untidy dresser or pretty much couldn’t care less about what you wear, you need to cut this habit right now.
Have you heard the term “Dress for Success”?
Well it’s true.
Dressing well will help you raise your confidence levels to new heights and will move you closer to success.
I’m not saying that you need to buy hundreds of dollars of Gucci and Versace shirts. No not at all.
But you need to start wearing cleaner clothes, newer clothes that match and is perfect for your body type.
And it doesn’t take a lot of money to do so either. You can find good looking, affordable clothes at your local department store or online.
Walk With a Pep in Your Step and Square Your Shoulders
One underated tip in regards to improving your confidence as a man is to improve your body language when you walk.
When you walk like you are alive and energetic, and square your shoulders back, it will send signals to your brain to release endorphins.
These endorphins that are released from your brain will boost your confidence and help you to feel more assertive.
For now on start walking with a pep in your step and square your shoulders back.
Practice for a few days until you get the hang of it and watch how much more confident you feel.

Last but not least, a confident man admits that he doesn’t know everything, that’s why he continues to deepen and broaden his knowledge on different subjects and topics that appeal to him.
Becoming a lifelong learner means that you will never stop eductating yourself and you will feel mor econfident when you speak on certain topics.
Please don’t discount the power of learning. It doesn’t end after you leave school.
